Description of Service

Dibs is a marketplace tracking service that allows users to:
- Create search queries across multiple marketplaces
- Track items and price changes
- Receive notifications about new listings

User Accounts

Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use this service

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:
- Violate these terms
- Engage in abusive behavior
- Attempt to circumvent marketplace restrictions

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Scrape or collect data from our service
- Resell or redistribute our service

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AMMO/LLAD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of marketplace data
- Availability of the service
- That the service will meet your requirements

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AMMO/LLAD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
